What help do I offer?
If you are undertaking a small scale development project:
I can provide preliminary advice on design and planning, by preparing environmental statements, and helping you to navigate your way through official regulations and compliance requirements.
If you are worried about a proposed development that may affect you:
I can help you understand plans, laws and documents such as Development Applications, Environmental Plans and technical reports. If you strike problems with officialdom, I can provide guidance on dealing with the relevant government and regulatory bodies.
How do I operate?
- We sit down and talk things over.
- I familiarize myself with your place, your environment, your site, your needs.
- We work together to create an action plan.
- I work on the action plan – perhaps with other parties – to produce a result (eg a submission to your council, or a concept plan) which answers your needs.
